Maritime Promenade

The Maritime Promenade of Valencia was designed and built in the 1990s in order to approach the city to the sea. This plan was decided in the Eighteenth century, with the construction of the Avenida del Puerto.

The Maritime Promenade of Valencia starts in Neptuno Avenue, near the port of Valencia, and ends in Alboraya village. It measures various kilometers and we can find several establishments. The oldest ones, built at the beginning of Neptuno Avenue, are restaurants and small hotels on the beach. Others, closer to Patacona and Alboraya, were built later with the promenade and are bars and nightclubs.
