Bioparc

Bioparc is the new zoo in the city of Valencia. It is located close to Cabecera Park and it was designed to help minimize the barriers between animals and people in order to immerse visitors in the natural habitats of the animals.

Bioparc has more than 100,000 square meters and hosts about 5,000 animals. There is also an amphitheater with capacity for more than 1,000 people, where are usual animal shows.

Some of the species that can be found in Bioparc are African elephants, lemurs, Egyptian geese, hippos, pelicans, crocodiles, pythons, leopards, lions and foxes.

If you do not know what to see in Valencia, Bioparc is one of the places you cannot miss.
